Harriet Salt
At the age of 15 Harriet won an art scholarship to Charterhouse School, and then
went onto study English Literature and Art at Oxford Brookes, specializing in
photography, print making and Fine Art. Subsequently she went on to the Charles H.
Cecil School in Florence. Having won a scholarship and then a teaching position she
stayed for three years. The inspiration from her time here and her own love for both
the 19th century and Modern representational artists is reflected in her work today.
Harriet is impressionistic in her touch and uses light and tone to capture movement.
Harriet has exhibited in London and the South.
