This in turn encourages guests to become art collectors and to return, each time spreading the word further. After many years working in the London Galleries and mounting exhibitions around the world, Jeni Weinberger moved out of the city and quickly realized that many people, especially children, had restricted access to original works of art. These exhibitions go some way to redressing that imbalance by bringing high quality art out of the traditional marketplace and into the school gates or into more familiar surroundings. Jeni also wanted the children to see (and sometimes touch!) the art and be inspired by the possibilities art and design can offer. School Exhibitions are a pleasure and often revealing. Watching and listening to a child’s evaluation is humbling and enriching. They go away in high spirits with debates raging and bubbling with inspiration. Do not be misled however this is not children’s art, nor is it by amateurs. Each artist represented is selected for their talent, the majority are professionals and only the very few are early stages emerging artists who still work in other fields to supplement their earnings. Our exhibitions are designed for a wide audience and are eclectic to include all tastes. There will be something to love, something to puzzle and something to consider. This eclecticism works wonders during the Private Views; a night of sparkling energy and fun, your guests leave enriched, enthused and will continue to talk about what they have seen, heard and bought long after the doors have shut.
