Exhibitions Facts

  • Typically an exhibition will last 24 hours. For example, Friday night is the Private View. Saturday is open to the
public. This is not set in stone we can work to your convenience. We will need access at least 24 hours before.
  • You will need to provide a suitable space, not necessarily indoors, a floored marquee can work. There is no wall
space required. We can advise on the exact requirements.
  • You will raise money on every work sold during the exhibition and for every sale made as a result of the
        exhibition.
  • All works shown in the exhibition will go online after the show finishes and you will continue to raise money with
        every purchase made.
  • We advise mounting exhibitions every two years, building up a reputation with local art collectors and clients
alike. We can provide a catalogue sale in the alternate year, if you wish.

    Costs

  • We do not charge for mounting an exhibition.
  • We do not charge for hosting the exhibition online.
  • Like you, we make our money from commission on sales.

    What happens next?

  • If you are considering an exhibition please invite us to your next fundraising meeting.
  • We need a short time before the meeting to look at the best possible locations for you.
  • We will make a short presentation (we know how long these meetings can be!) and you can fire your questions
        at us.
  • Once you have thought about it you can contact us again with any remaining questions and hopefully make
        a date!

Please phone or email us if you would like further details and we will post them out immediately.
